General Terms & Conditions of Sale

      This is a courtesy English translation of the Italian General Terms & Conditions of Sale. The seller is based in Italy and the sale is governed by Italian law; in case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
    

1) Site name and domain ownership

1.1 These General Terms & Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the offer and sale of eBooks through the website www.leveltechnique.com ("Site") by Marco Zanuso, resident at Via Vincenzo Periz, 33 – 36100 Vicenza (VI), Italy. The Site is owned by Marco Zanuso, who is also the holder of the related domain name.

2) Scope of application

2.1 The offer and sale of the eBook through the Site constitute a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (art. 45 et seq.) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code") and by Italian Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on electronic commerce.

2.2 These GTC apply to all sales made by Marco Zanuso through the Site.

2.3 The GTC may be amended at any time. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published in the "Terms & Conditions" section of the Site. Users are invited to review the most up-to-date version before making any purchase.

2.4 Before proceeding with a purchase, the user must carefully read all the information provided through the Site and these GTC.

3) Purchases on the Site

3.1 The purchase of the eBook through the Site is permitted to users who qualify as consumers pursuant to art. 3, para. 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code. Purchase is permitted only to natural persons of legal age.

3.2 Marco Zanuso reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from users who have: breached these GTC; provided false or incomplete identifying data; committed fraud of any kind; previously abused the refund guarantee.

3.3 Relevant tax documentation will be issued for each purchase. The information provided by the user at the time of purchase must be truthful and complete.

4) Prices

4.1 The price of the eBook offered on the Site is expressed in US dollars and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4.2 Marco Zanuso reserves the right to change the price at any time. The price charged to the user will be the one shown at the time the order is submitted.

5) Payment methods

5.1 Payment for the eBook purchased through the Site is made exclusively by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe platform. Payment data is never transmitted to or stored on Marco Zanuso's servers.

6) Delivery of the eBook

6.1 The user will receive the purchased eBook after the conclusion of the contract and upon confirmation that the payment was successful.

6.2 The PDF file is delivered automatically to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If it is not received within 15 minutes, the user is invited to check the spam folder or contact [email protected].

7) Right of withdrawal

      30-day guarantee — satisfied or refunded.

      The user has the right to withdraw from the eBook purchase contract within 30 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost.

7.1 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform Marco Zanuso of their decision before the 30-day period expires, by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject "Withdrawal", stating: order number, first and last name, and the eBook for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.

7.2 If the user withdraws from the contract, Marco Zanuso will refund the amount paid without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 calendar days from the day on which they were informed of the withdrawal decision. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7.3 Where withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with applicable law, it will not result in the termination of the contract and will not give rise to any refund. Marco Zanuso will give notice of this within 5 business days.

8) Use of the eBook

8.1 Marco Zanuso grants the user the non-exclusive right to read, use and view the eBook solely for personal use (excluding any commercial and/or economic use).

8.2 The user may not:

Reproduce, copy, sell or distribute the eBook or any part of it
Rent, lease, transmit or sub-license the rights relating to the eBook
Modify, remove or circumvent any security measures that protect the eBook
Share the file with third parties

9) Limitation of liability

9.1 The techniques described in the eBook are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or qualified healthcare professional. In case of diagnosed conditions, chronic pain or doubts about your physical condition, you should consult a doctor before applying any technique.

9.2 Marco Zanuso's liability for any claim arising from the purchase of the product is limited to the price paid for the product itself.

10) Privacy and processing of personal data

10.1 The personal data provided at the time of purchase is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.

11) Governing law and jurisdiction

11.1 These GTC are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation, performance or termination, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence, as provided by applicable consumer-protection law (art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code).
